About this agent

Mood Pattern Finder asks for a quick mood score once a day (number 1-5, or an emoji). It stores the scores in your private memory. After two weeks it starts correlating moods with your Google Calendar context — meeting density, day of week, evening events, days you traveled — and on Sundays it sends a short report on what's working in your favor and what isn't. What it doesn't do: diagnose anything. It's pattern observation, not clinical assessment. If your scores trend low for two weeks, the agent gently suggests checking in with someone — a friend, a doctor, a therapist — not because it knows anything, but because two weeks of low scores is worth surfacing. Use **Instructions** to add context for what the agent should consider in correlations ("I work from home Tues/Thurs", "I have two young kids — sleep is variable", "I travel for work roughly once a month").
