Day Ahead is the morning paper for your calendar. It runs before the workday starts (7:30 AM by default in your timezone) and emails you a brief of today's meetings — who, when, where, and a few prep notes for each. If you also connect Gmail, Day Ahead skims recent threads with each meeting's attendees and surfaces anything that looks relevant — a follow-up still open, a decision pending, an agenda item the other side raised last time. Without Gmail, it still does the calendar half — meeting list, times, and anything in the event descriptions. Leave **Instructions** blank for the default morning-paper tone, or use it to tune the brief: "skip recurring 1:1s", "highlight external meetings only", "include a one-line summary at the top of how my day looks."
