About this agent

Customer Support Triager scans your support inbox (Gmail) and HubSpot ticket queue at a cadence you set, scores each ticket on three signals — urgency, customer value, sentiment — and outputs a prioritized work queue. For straightforward tickets (FAQ matches, simple billing questions, order status), it drafts a first-response reply that you approve before sending. For high-stakes tickets (refund requests over a threshold, angry customers, mentions of legal/cancellation/competitor), it skips the draft and surfaces them at the top with a one-sentence summary of why this needs you personally. Use **Instructions** to seed the FAQ context ("common questions: shipping times, sizing, returns"), define what counts as a high-value customer ("anyone on Pro tier"), or restrict scope ("only HubSpot tickets, ignore Gmail").
