Delete your Versatl account

You can delete your Versatl account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Versatl is operated by Mfini Inc.

How to delete your account

In the Versatl app
  1. Open More → Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom and tap it.
  3. Tap Delete Account, type Delete to confirm, and tap Delete permanently.
On the web
  1. Sign in at versatl.ai and open Account (/dashboard/account).
  2. Open Danger Zone at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Delete Account, type Delete to confirm, and confirm the deletion.
Can't sign in?
  1. Email privacy@versatl.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. We verify the request comes from the account owner, delete the account, and confirm by email.

Before you delete

  • Any unspent account balance, including promotional credit, is forfeited. Balances are non-refundable (Terms of Service).
  • Your subscriptions stop and scheduled runs are cancelled.
  • Marketplace publishers must first close their publisher account; see the Publisher Agreement.
  • Signing in with Google or Apple goes through our authentication provider (Clerk) and payments go through Stripe. Deleting your Versatl account does not delete accounts you hold directly with Clerk, Stripe, Google, or Apple.

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, email address, personalization)
  • All tasks, task results, and task execution data
  • All agent subscriptions, schedules, and ratings
  • All memories the agents kept about you
  • All stored credentials for connected services (and we ask each provider to revoke its access where it supports that)
  • All Versatl API keys, webhooks, and notifications
  • All Proactive Assistant data: goals, scans, digests, and approval requests
  • All mobile devices registered for push notifications
  • Agents and workflows you created that nobody else paid for or subscribed to

What is kept, and for how long

Billing records
7 years, as tax and accounting law requires, de-identified (no longer linked to your account).
Audit logs
Up to 1 year from when each entry was created, then deleted.
Usage-metering records
Token counts, model names, and costs, with no task content: unlinked from your account and deleted within 1 year of creation.
Promotional-credit fingerprint
An irreversible hash of your email address, so one-time promotional credits stay one per person. It cannot be turned back into your email address.
Aggregated, anonymized statistics
Kept in a form that cannot identify you.

Delete some data without deleting your account

  • Disconnecting a service on the Connections page permanently deletes its stored credentials.
  • Memory sharing between agents can be turned off in your settings.
  • For anything else, email privacy@versatl.ai with what you would like deleted.
